Eagle Eats Rabbit, Mitch Eats Eagle

 

An eagle swooped down upon a rabbit.

He ate him up with force and habit.

Mitch was shocked by the brutal bird.

Yet, Mitch eats animals too.  Is this weird?

 

Survival they call it. "We all must eat."

Eagles even take carrion off the street.

Mitch  laughed, causing the eagles ire.

Then Mitch ate the eagle, fried with fire.

Why was Mitch shocked and then later laugh at himself?

Did the Eagle think that Mitch was laughing at him?
